You need to research and not say random things because falsely activating the EAS is impossible. If you play it near a radio nothing happens because it’s not automatic it’s played at the request of the United States government.
You technically have a point with EAS tones being near a regular radio. I will admit I did make a misconception here with that, but radios which are capable of transmitting exist. False activations of the EAS ARE possible since there are real incidents of such that happened before. None of this is random because many other EAS scenarios have these disclaimers for a good reason. Also most EAS activations are not originated by the US government, the US government themselves can only activate the EAS if there is a national threat, not entirely sure about nationwide tests though since I only see FEMA being the one that originates them.
